Terms of sale
Version 2026-10-23, in effect from October 23, 2026.
Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Justin J. Moore Music Ltd. ("we", "us"), a British Columbia company, of 270 Hwy 33, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at hello@justinjmoore.com.
We sell to you directly. Stripe processes your payment for us; it does not sell you the course.
When you tick the box at checkout and pay, you agree to these terms. We keep a record of which version you agreed to and when.
Who can buy
You must be an adult where you live (19 or older in British Columbia) to buy. A parent or guardian can buy the course for a younger person, who then uses it under their supervision.
What you are buying
You are buying "Learn How to Sing Like Your Favourite Artists", a pre-recorded online video course, with the bonus materials listed on the page where you placed your order. You may also add, if you choose:
- "Learn to Groan Tube to Any Song", offered at checkout; and
- "The Only Vocal Warm-Ups You'll Ever Need", offered after checkout.
Everything you are buying, and the total price with its currency, is shown before you pay. Each is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we operate the course platform and offer the course.
Paying
Payments are taken by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go from your browser straight to Stripe and never reach our own systems. We never see or store your card number.
Your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion fees. Those are between you and them.
Delivery
Your product is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed, on the page you see after paying.
If anything you paid for does not arrive, write to hello@justinjmoore.com and we will put it right.
Saving your card, and one-click offers
When you pay at checkout, you allow us to save your card with Stripe, so that you can add an offer to your order with one click on the pages that follow.
We charge the saved card only for an offer you accept by clicking its button, at the price shown on that button, during this checkout. Each offer can only be accepted for 30 minutes after your purchase, and nothing is charged for an offer you decline or ignore. Your bank may ask you to confirm a one-click payment, in which case it is not taken until you do.
We do not use the saved card for anything else, except the remaining payments of a payment plan if you chose one. To have it removed, write to hello@justinjmoore.com.
Refunds
Our 30-day promise. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, write to hello@justinjmoore.com within 30 days of buying, with the email address you bought with, and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, and you don't need to finish the course first.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Nothing in this section takes away any right you have under the law where you live.
Your right to cancel
The law in the EU and the UK gives consumers 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.
We honour that. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may cancel within 14 days of buying, even if you have already started using what you bought, and we will refund you in full within 14 days of hearing from you. To cancel, write to hello@justinjmoore.com with "Cancel my order" and the email address you bought with. We will confirm by email that we have received it.
Wherever you live, you also keep any right to cancel or be refunded that the law there gives you, including under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these terms takes it away.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with your order, please write to us first at hello@justinjmoore.com. We can usually fix it faster than your bank can.
You always keep the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer, and nothing in these terms limits it. If a charge is disputed, we will give our payment processor and your bank the record of your order: what you bought, when, the version of these terms you agreed to, and how it was delivered.
Using what you buy
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch and use the course for your own learning. You may not:
- share your login or let others use your account;
- download, copy, record, resell or publicly post the course videos or materials;
- use the course to create a competing course or product.
We may end access if an account is shared or the content is redistributed. If we do, we will not refund you, subject to your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
Who owns what
The course videos, method, text and materials belong to Justin J. Moore Music Ltd.
Your own recordings of your own performances are yours. The songs you sing still belong to their writers and publishers: learning to sing a song here does not give you the right to publish your cover of it, and you may need their permission to post one.
Results and your voice
How much your voice changes depends on your practice, effort and starting point. We don't promise any particular result.
The course is education and entertainment. It is not medical advice or voice therapy. Warm up, don't strain, and stop if you feel pain or hoarseness. If you have a voice condition, check with a doctor or speech-language pathologist before starting.
Artists and songs mentioned
The course discusses and demonstrates the styles of well-known singers for teaching purposes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist, label or publisher. All trademarks and rights belong to their respective owners.
Privacy and emails
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why. We email you about your purchase and how to reach it. We send marketing email only if you ask for it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Our responsibility to you
We will provide the product as described, with reasonable care. If we fail to, we will fix it or refund you.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, including your rights as a consumer where you live.
Except where the law does not allow it, our total responsibility to you for any claim about what you bought is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. This limit never applies to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to fraud, and it does not reduce any right you have as a consumer where you live, including under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and may bring a claim there.
Changes to these terms
We may update the course to improve it, but we will not take away a substantial part of what you paid for. We may update these terms. Every version has its own number, and each order is governed by the version agreed to when it was placed. A change never applies to a purchase you have already made unless you agree to it.
